I attempted to cancel this product within the timeframe stated on the website. However, it was impossible to get in contact with anyone via phone or email. I attempted stop payments through my bank; however, the amount drafted was different each time, so it was not successful. I am still trying to contact this company and working with my bank to stop these automatic drafts. The company is a joke and should be looked into due their unavailability to the consumer that attempts to contact them. The company appears very fraudulant. read full review »
