Last weekend, my husband and I bought a tickets from Thailand to Malaysia. We were very excited about going there ang looking forward to many things. On our last day, we got to LCCT late but I was very sure that we were still 30 mins before departure. I went to Air Asia counter asked the staff to checked-in. They looked my Intiary and said, "Sorry mam, you have to buy a new tickets. Our check-in counter had already closed." I spent 10 mins begging them but not worthed.
