I totalled a vehicle on 03/06/09, and asked for my totalled vehicle to be removed from policy. I paid for two months of that car (after it was totalled) and am owed 300 plus dollars of reimbursement or credit to my account. Safe Auto, after at least twenty calls, seventeen different customer service individuals and claims individuals, still has not refunded my overpayment as a credit to my account!
