Premier consultancy is a big time fraud agency. They make false promises and make applicants sign on blank papers. They take huge money only to send our application by post to canadian authorities. God only knows if they really send the application or not. After numerous follow ups they will say your application has been declined. Dont expect them to call you as they will never do.
