Mikes Coins does business on eBay as mikescoins1 and has a long history of defrauding buyers. Recently suspended, he is back at it. I bought $1500 worth of silver dollars and never received the purchase. He ignored phone calls and emails. Finally after 6 weeks, I filed with PayPal to get a refund. He fought the dispute by providing PayPal a bogus tracking number, claiming that it had already shipped.
