This partucular Product Aci Advanced HLM was recommended by the Opra Winphrey Show, so I sent for the free trial and paid the shipping. I am unable to take this product and ask to have it returned, but told I didn't need to. Now, I'm charged for another bottle to the tune of $74.90 with $9.96 shipping ! I've called three times and have actually talked to a Lila & a Henry and they tell me their systems are being work on and cannot assist my complaint and to call back.
