I have had the same complaint with this company that the other person has stated. They basically are unethical and have absolutly no customer service. I must also agree that their cellphones are very overpriced and when you receive it, it most likely will not work. I ordered a cellphone from this "company" (and I use that word lightly) a couple of months back and when I received it, it would not power on.
