The one thing that you have going for you is the fact that you used a credit card. Call your credit card company and tell them how you got scammed and tell them to credit your card for the amount fraudulently taken from you. Your CC company will credit your account and then about 30 days later will tell you they have "investigated" the incident and that you still need to pay the charges. Stick to your guns and tell them you have no intention of paying the charges--tell your CC company to do it right this time. They will come around... read full review »
