Similar story to all complaints on this site...approached by a nice young black man. I happen to have his name. He dropped his ID in my yard and we discovered it a few days later. Contacted Karla at the office (732.874.4384) have talked with her at least 6 times but have called over 100 times. Been promised a refund 3 times since Feb...none yet.
