This company have succeeded in losing us 6 years NCB! This has come about because when we transferred our insurance to them originally, we provided proof of 9 years PROTECTED NCB and requested that they provide insurance on a Protected NCB basis. They did not do this, but we have only just found this out due to an accident. Their failure to do this has lost us 6 years, YES 6 YEARS, NCB which we are unable to get reinstated because Insurance company were never given the correct information originally..not our fault...due entirely to the incompetence and negligence of the staff of DNA.
