I've read the multitude of complaints about this company on this site and want to share how I'm fighting them. I too listened on speakerphone for over 1 1/2 hrs. while they played music and no one ever did answer. But after so long a time when their recorded message was failing an e-mail address was announced. I tried it and it worked. It's [email protected]. I've been blasting them ever since (and keeping copies of everything, as per Judge Marilyn on TV). They've charged me the initial $5.95, then $64.95... read full review »
