I ordered The Blazing Words disc but cancelled the order within one hour afterward. I plainly told the CSR I talked to that I did not want the order. He informed me the $1.97 I paid was not refundable but there would be no more money taken from my account. That was one week ago. Today there is a deduction of $72.21 from my account putting me in the red with my account which will cost me $35.00 from the bank. I called the 800 number and there is no answer, just an automated response with no resolution. read full review »
