I had used Pet Care RX thinking that I was getting a great deal on my dog's medications, but little did I know that I was being charged for a service from completesavings.com which I never authorized or knew I signed up for! Months later, after looking at my credit card bill I was being charged for 12.00 a month for this completesvings.com. WHen I called that 1-800 number I was told I had signed up for the service when I placed my order with PetCare RX.
