This was my first experience with the dealership and after some of the reviews I was a bit weary. Now when I arrived I was greeted by a super friendly mechanic that showed me where to go. After that I was with a great service employee she explained in detail the costs and even told me she would let me know if ever the repair exceeded a certain amount of time. When I did receive a call it was to let me know what the problem with my car was how long it would be to fix it and even the piece that was needed. Excellent service, starter went on the car, got free towing late in the afternoon and the car was ready by 10am the next morning.
