An account was opened on my credit card and movies were charged to it some of which never came to me. When I finally got someone on the phone and canceled everything and they took back the movies, (if you open the package there is a phone number on the invoice that works) then I notified my card company and had my account locked and number changed and now they have done it again on my new card. Disney is a huge company who claims to care but could care less. They need to be held responsable for this fraud. read full review »
