Hi, <br /> <br /> I booked a ticket from Delhi to Bangalore for 1st March (for same day as it was an emergency) through the website of makemytrip.com. I wanted to reach there soon so I checked the flight status. In results the website www.makemytrip.com showed us the earliest flight at 18:00 hrs. which was convinent to us. Videocon

Videocon's customer service is the worst I have ever seen. I have bought a used Videocon AC and to repair that I called up the customer support for five days. Every day they say that they have put my complaint in urgency but no executive visited on a single day. Huhh... The 6th day on Sunday when they came it was like good for nothing... they just opened up the ac and compressor cover and took visit charge.
