I was forced to resign from Retail business unit of Chevron, Thailand after I wrote a complaint letter about my supervisor made a decision non-comply to the company's compliance. After the company set up a team to investigate, I was punished for poor leadership. It is very funny. 6 months before I was forced to resign, the management team gave me good performance score (2+).
