Purchased product online. Claimed product was "free" with paying shipping cost only. Called company, they said i was to cancel within two weeks if not satified. Nowhere did it say anything to that claim when I ordered product. I was told to e-mail request company for posiible refund. Sent e-mail, got a "no reply" reponse saying they need 24 hours look over request. 2 weeks later still no reponse despite numerous e-mails. PLEASE HELP!!! read full review »
