In February 2009 I received my Wal-Mart bill due in March 2009. I mailed my check paying off the entire balance 6 March 2009. I received another bill in March 2009 stating my payment was late, I check and my first check had not cleared the bank so I thought it had probably gotten lost in the mail. I mailed a second check with the late fee included and paid off the entire account. When I received my statement for April 2009, I had a credit for the amount of the original check.
