I never received the trial bottle and then was charged for a 30 day renewal supply. I dd not know when to cancel as I never received the trial. I called and cancelled and then sent back the bottle they charged me for 15 days ago and still no refund I called them again today and was told that there was an error when they tried to post refund. Was told theyh would try to run thru my credit again, but would take another 7 to 10 business days. I was told could not speak to a supervisor as they would tell me the same thing as rep So I guess the only thing I can do is wait for my refund and keep calling read full review »
