Asked comcast to install digital phone service while service man worked, my trouble light came on my DSC 5010 alarm system panel, he could never got rid of it. 7 months later the alarm board mulfunction, I told Comcast that my alarm company will charge me $360 for it, so far I was being run around delay the Damaged claim process ? ? read full review »

1. Charge my credit card without my authorization. I have used my personal credit card to pay for car renter travel for U.S. Goverment job at the time I was not charge for sale tax because U.S. Govt. is not suppose to pay for. After return the car for 1 month later I saw the sale tax charge for car on my bill from Enterprise, I called and explained but she told me that you have to use U.S. Govt. credit card, however I was told at work to not use it until our credit card change Bank from Bank of America to CitiBank first. 2.
