Hello I ordered an item on 10th June from www.m99.co.uk at a cost of £69.99 and paid for this with my Visa Debit card. they e mailed me with a receipt confirming this amount. Upon checking my bank balance it appears they have taken over £114 for this item without my authorisation. I have informed my bank of this and they are investigating after trying several times to contact them.
