I received a change in terms for my Chase credit card in the mail this week. I transferred a balance from another credit card because chase offered me a 4.9% rate on balance transfers until the transferred balance was paid off. Now they are telling me they are raising the interest rate to 11.9% plus prime or something like that on existing balances. That's a crock. I transferred that balance because of their 4.9% offer.
