Wells Fargo is the worst bank. Depending on who you get on the phone - you get a different answer from every person. My father banked at Wells Fargo for over 20 years and I am named after him - Jr. and the III. They couldn't keep us straight EVER. I was added to his accounts when he got sick so that could handle the estate when he passed. After he passed, Wells Fargo made life as difficult as possible.
