I have had problems with Fido from the start, but this is the last straw. After changing from a monthly billing arrangements to pay as you go, I just got a bill (six weeks) later which shows a charge of $35 for changing services. Now, if any of the three operators I spoke to at the time when I changed the service had actually advised me at the time that there would be this charge, then my decision to change from monthly to pay as you go might be different.
