Some weeks ago, I received a book that I certainly did not order. Luckily, I was at home when it was quickly left on my step so I ran outside and found the mailman and gave him the book package unopened. He took it and returned it to Bottomline Books. I was very angry and was relieved that I did not get stuck handling the return. Today, Dec. 31, 08 I received, not only a bill--but notice saying that I was late a payment--owing a total balance of $47.94!
