After 30+ years with this credit card and a promise my rate would remain at a low prime+1% I was changed to 10%. My credit score is 800+ and I have never been late on any credit payment in my life. Chase could care less, they told me pay or cancel... So I will cancel and I hope they go down hard someday soon the way they treat thier customers. read full review »
