To whom it may concern, I Ruby Jones was unaware of the serveral charges to my account for a product that I only wanted a one time use. My personal checking account was debit numerous of times and I want a refund. I did not request for additional products. I did not recall seeing a phone number to dispute these charges and when I called your toll free number I was unable to speak with a live person.
