I ordered total cleanse, the free sample for my wife at least 2 months ago, I complied with the company by trying to call & cancel the order within 30 days but the line was always busy. I even e-mailed a cancelation notice, but yet & still on 12-31-08 we recieved another bottle of total cleanse and a bill of $78.84 plus $5.95 S&H a total of $84.79. The order summary states that we ordered the total cleanse on 12-25-2008. By no means did we order any more of the product and we want the billing to stop, but we still cant get through to anyone on the phone lines to return the new unused bottle! read full review »
