We initially thought this company was going to be a problem because of all these complaints, so we did a little more research, met with the company, and reviewed other online sources. It seems as though some people are complaining more than once on this board regarding the same topic, and my wife and I just couldn't understand it. We went through with the promotion anyway and there were no issues whatsoever. There are people out there giving this company a bad reputation! What gives?
