I called Commerce Insurance in Massachusetts at their 800 number to ask for an information about my bill as they charged me for a unjustified fee. I am not a native English speaker and I have an accent. I didn’t understand what the woman said the first time, and when she had to repeat it she became very rude. Organix Shampoo - Free Trial

I went to CVS in Boston and noticed that they had Organix shampoo and conditioners that have a Try Me for Free Rebate up to a $6.99 value, you pay just for the tax. I sent all requested material to have my money back have never received it. There are several complains online about the fake rebates of Organix. The do it every year. The shampoo is just a cheap product that absolutely doesn't worth $7. It is equivalent to a $3 shampoo. I would have never bought it if it didn't have the rebate. read full review »

Radio Shack

I bought a camera at Radio Shack for over $300. I accidentally dropped the camera, it didn't work properly anymore, and came back after less a few days to return it or at least to get it repaired. The rude girl at the desk, from which I bought the camera, refused to take it back, and her excuse was " It looks like somebody DRUNK dropped it." !!! I was shocked.
