I have been an employee with DQ on and off for over 10 years now. To the person that was tired of customers complaining shouldn't be in the fast food business. My manager is wonderful, and these people need to remember that the customer is ALWAYS right. If something is amiss then u fix it and make it right. It is only bad business practice and people will not come to that store anymore.
