I ordered the free trial, and before it was even shipped, they called me. Some guy who had broken English, so it was hard already, then he went into a sales spiel about "wouldn't it be great to get more?" I said no, I haven't even tried it yet. He didn't listen, just continued to try and push me to order more. I finally snapped at him and said I only want the trial! Then he tried to ask me for my credit card number over the phone.
