You can't get through on the support line for hours-it took me 5 days of constant calling before I got a LIVE? person who told me my order was cancelled-refused to give me an RMA number to return item and then continued to bill me for products I did not get nor want. I feel like an idiot for falling for this "crap" and have closed my credit card account to stop them, the only way I know how from any further charges.
