I guess I was lucky, for I finally got through to get my RMA number to return the product, and then I asked if they were affiliated with Vita Live Lean, and I was attimate about them reversing the $24.95 charge and the rep stated that she could reverse it but it would cost ME $12.00 for them to do so. I was furious !!! I demanded to talk to a supervisor and I was so upset that of course he wasn't willing to help me at all.
