I ordered an Emjoi light caress corded epilator from folica.com. When i received the product it looked fine but when i opened it and plug it in to use it, it never worked. The product was defective so i returned the item paying 7$ for shipping/handling. They returned only 48$ out of 59. So technically i never get to use the product and went through the pain of ordering, waiting, returning and costed me 7+11=18$ for nothing !! Is it my fault that they send me a defective product???
