I have repeatly, called to verify a refund on pills that were sent back via fed ex on 5/7/09. I keep on being told by the customer service reps at 1-866-951-1393 that my refund has been processed. It has to this date not hit my credit card company. I want to know what the hell is going on. Is this the way you get back to the customer for not buying your product? How long does it take to refund $88.55 to a credit card?
