This company is a rip off. They said that I had 30 days to cancel and my credit card should have been charged within the 30 day period in order to cancel that shipment and recieve a refund. My card was not charged until 1.5 months later! And of course it is after the 30 days and no refund will be issued. I asked to speak with a manager and they will not transfer anyone. Managers do not deal with customers and only customer service reps can handle those calls. Buyer beware! read full review »
