I have cancelled classmates.com several times and then they hit my account again in February of this year and I cancelled (again) and now last month they did it again. i have called the phone number for Classmates as listed on my bank statement twice and they don't give you the option to talk to anyone-hitting O for operator hangs you up completely. I am in the process of closing the bank account but if they charge me again it will put it in the red-the bank tells me they can't block it from their end I have to cancel it from mine.
