I purchased Resveratrol Ultra on 5/9/2009 and ended up receiving the the wrong product (Biolabs Instant Wrinkle Remover) several days later. At the same time I was charged $39.95. Today is 6/19/2009 and have just completed my 4th consecutive phone call in regards to receiving a refund. Three times I have requested to have my call escalated to a supervisor. Each time the pseudo supervisor has advised that my refund should be seen in 3 business days. Today's call is exactly 7 business days since my last contact with a supervisor.
