They don't have a website to submit a question too order to return an order. You need to call to get an RMA # and I have tried to call 3 times, waiting on hold for atleast 30 minutes each time and have never talked to anyone. I returned some product to them todau via UPS without an RMA # so I will just have to wait and see. Seems to be very sketchy business practice to me and I am a business owner myself and wish the government would regulate this as much as they do everything else. read full review »
