I applied for credit card of standard chartered bank in the philippines through their tele marketers. The telemarketers ask me to submit photocopy of ID together with specimen signatures. However, after waiting, i was informed my application was declined. When I asked for the reason, Standard Chartered Bank's phonebanker refused to divulge, in violation of Republic Act 9510 .
