I approved Google mailing the Google Success Kit for $1.00, but I never received it. Now, they are charging $11.95, which is an unauthorized amount. Please refund the $1.00 and $11.95 charges in addition to the $35.00 overdraft fee you caused by debiting my account the $11.95.
