I contacted Streamtel company, and purchased a DSNG9190 Encoder/Modulator. I sent the full amount of money, which is $21, 000 (twenty one thousand US Dollars) late July 2008. I was contacted by the companies reprisentative (Monica) several times to urge me to make the payment quickly, with the promise of a delivery in the middle of September 2008.
