Sprint has the worse Customer Service among all the others wireless phone companies. The simplest issues take hours and many phone calls to be resolve. Usually the customer finishes asking to speak with a supervisor and if you are lucky may be the situation will be resolve. ADVISE! SmartSmoker, report to the IRS the customers that buy cigarettes from their company, maybe that is the law, what is really bad is that if you keep buying their products they did not report you.
