received phony message on windows messenger claiming to be my son who lives far away saying he lost 22 pounds. He was not at home so I really believed this...ordered the $5.95 US$ trial offer May 30. Not received. Was charged $79.95 US$ on June 15th. Products still not received. Have emailed and just got more and more frustrated. I requested tracking numbers, but they said it was sent by air registered and no tracking number. Today I received an email saying the product was on its way.
