I suggest that you check out your personal trainer before signing a contract. I know for fact that an older trainer at Westfield - UTC has several criminal complaints against him including assault and battery. 24-Hour Fitness Management knows of the criminal complaints and the trainer is still working in close contact with many female clients. He has a police complaint for assaulting a complete stranger who was a young woman. This is public information available at the San Diego Courthouse.
