I bought a few items from SharafDG at the Times Square branch. All the items were highly priced but one item-the Promate FM10 model audio FM modulator beat all. I was charged Dh 199.00 whereas on my return to Al Ain I found the price of the same item to be Dh 99.00 only. On contactiong customer service several times, I was advised to produce proof and then I would be paid back double the difference.
