I forwarded the following email to Larry, a representative for Whitening Brites I did not overlook the terms and conditions. Did you not look at the attachment I forwarded? I sent an e-mail to the company canceling the product BEFORE the 15 day cancellation date. The 2nd e-mail I send to the company was because I received NO response to the first e-mail. When I sent the 2nd e-mail [after the 15 day period] is when the company send me 2 e-mail response back. I never received a response to my 1st e-mail to the company.
