I purchased a trial sample on-line for shipping & handling $4.99. I canceled before the 30 days. This product does not work! I checked my bank statement and discovered a debit amount of $82.31. I was also charged a .66 for international fee. I called the 1-800 number and talked to person named Roger. He was going to refund me back $78.32. It has been a week and still nothing.
